We offer refunds only for damaged products. To request a refund, you must record a video while opening the parcel to show any damage. The damaged product must be returned in the same condition as received. Refund claims are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Claims without video evidence will not be processed. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 working days after confirmation email. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 100% refund is applicable ONLY if evidence is submitted in video recorded format while opening the package when received.

What are the shipping charges for deliveries in India? There are NO shipping charges for deliveries in India for paid orders above Rs.499/-.
For order value below Rs.499/-, a flat shipping fee of Rs.60/- will be added. COD (Cash On Delivery) is enabled for our online store. Rs.100/- is charged extra for all COD orders.

Jewelpalace delivers orders to all pin codes via DTDC, Professional & ST Courier Partners. Pincodes that are not covered by above courier partners are shipped via Speed Post / India Post. Feel free to place your order and we'll make sure it gets delivered to you on time!
